I drew this pattern based on the motif of sparklers.
Sparklers are traditional small hand-held fireworks in Japan.
We call them ‘senko-hanabi’ (線香花火).
Compared to other fireworks, they are very thin and plain in appearance, but when ignited, they produce beautiful sparks that look like small flowers.
The sparkler design was based on the honeycomb structure.
