Extreme sports have been widely regarded as a nuisance and a malice to society due to the nature of how it is performed as well as its close associations to sub/punk-cultures. However, over the years people have generally been more receptive towards the inclusiveness of these sports; such as the historic debut of skateboarding and BMX into the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
Let's Roll is a made-up event that encourages more Singaporeans from all walks of life into having a go at these sports by removing the stigma of it being too risky and 'extreme'. This is highlighted through accompanying collaterals – mainly a guidebook, posters and some animation. The art direction of the project was kept intentionally simple, to kindle a friendlier, more approachable way of looking at these sports.
