The book is a study of the six core competences which 7N recruiters are looking for during interviews with future consultants. Despite the fundamental IT skills, which always have to be on the top level, the survey shows what really makes a difference is the way the consultant uses them.

The book was prepared in limited print edition. Each chapter had a dedicated folding page where each competence was described. The Secret Code was simultaneously prepared as the digital version that can be found here.
