Akumal Paramount Living is a luxurious real estate project located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in San Pedro Garza García, Mx. Developed by the prestigious Metric Development Group and Sordo Madaleno architectural firm. The whole project is based on the Paramount Living principle: luxury, exclusivity and elevation were 3 of the biggest pillars supporting the concept. From the earthly color palette mixed with the copper foil texture, to the clean, minimal design style, every element on the identity was carefully thought in detail. The icon represents the actual shape of the building when seen from above. To keep the elevation of the brand’s essence the logotype is made of a simple and elegant sans-serif typography, giving all the attention to the quality of the textures and materials portraying both the isotype and logo.
