BMW of Minnetonka is a client of Kruskopf Coontz. After working awhile on MyWonderfulLife's Facebook and Twitter accounts, I was made contributor on the BMW account. Below are a few of the posts that went up on their Facebook page, which has generally served as a guide to many other BMW Dealerships. These posts highlight two of their major themes, Tech Tips and Cars of the Week, which are woven into their larger social media strategy.
Promotions
The first promotion, using a 3rd party application called Offerpop, was used to promote a photo contest. Fans were encouraged to submit photos of their own BMW and get their friends and family to vote for them (which would require them to also be a fan of the page).
This birthday promotion will run continuously throughout the year. A reminder will be posted each month reminding fans they are able to receive a free car wash the week of their birthday. BMW of Minnetonka wanted this to be another way for people to experience their amazing dealership firsthand.
