Organic food has taken the world by storm. Health and nutritive values aside, it has managed to create a fad so big that it's almost social currency in itself. The affinity and widespread response to organic food in all parts of the world, and of late, in India too has been nothing short of phenomenal.

From local produce to the end result on your plate, everyone wants to be a part of the organic food revolution - sparking a change across behavioural trends and tendencies; redefining the scope of eating out and the hospitality industry in general.

In 2015, we got the opportunity to work our talent on an upcoming venture called the Farmout Cafe, a pop up cafe in Galleria market, Gurgaon that specializes in organic food. It doesn't just dish out organic fare, but sources it's finest ingredients through a tedious chain of local farms that engage in best modern practices to churn out the choicest organic produce. Clean, safe, pesticide-free and most importantly, 100% organic.
