Innovators PUCP
Innovators PUCP was an event for the International Women's Day under the theme #ChoosetoChallenge. The audience of this event were women in careers of engineering, science and technology. The objective of this initiative was focused on recognizing the achievements of women engineers, researchers and scientists of the Engineering Department of the PUCP, University of Perú.
About the origin of the event, at the beginning of 2021 I was in the International Women's Day website looking for an event to be part of and I noticed that there were very few events directed to Hispanic audiences. So I prepared the proposal for Innovators PUCP (Innovadoras PUCP) and, thanks to the support of my team, the project was approved.
As the main coordinator of the project, I was in charge of the communications strategy of the event, the visual identity, the social media coordination, the 10 speakers for the event and management of the communication channels.
