ziemia (p)oddana - short art documentary

Summer 2020, a unique exhibition has taken place in Central Museum of Textiles, Łódź. It was curated and created by children who wanted to express themselves on the topic of ecology and state of the planet, and to speak of some problems as well. They have created art objects, different rooms and expierences. Our difficult task was to translate those experiences into film form, as well as to give children space to say something about their works. We shot 5 interviews at the single day, and tried to combine it with the frames which present the experience of visiting the exhibition.

This short documentary was made in less than 2 weeks, with only 1 day to shoot, and a week and a half to edit, which was quite a challange. We also had to be compact and not scary to children, which, in case with the youngest artists, was very important.

We provided the client (kreuje.pl project) with 4k and fullHD files, as well as with many frames from the film. For us, creating this film was a unique expierience which may be, especially in few years, even more important to the museum, to the city and its community.
