ASU Food Insecurity Site Design - UX College Project
A group of students and I in my User Experience course were assigned to design website based on food insecurity. ASU plans to create a webspace where all students can find resources for food help. The project included email interviews of actual students, surveys, research reports, data analysis, and an individual mock up and high fidelity design.
Below is my individual website design based on the data gathered by my student team. It was important to address several areas of the website that we deemed important, including a local resource map, local government resources, and store discounts. I also included an area that would lead a student to what resources would be best for the individual through an interactive questionnaire.
Below are my sketches for my final redesign. These sketches helped me work through various ideas and elements for a user-friendly final design. I took what worked best and created the final design located above.
Below is the total research findings from the interviews, email surveys, and overall research done by the UX student team.
