CHALLENGE
Shopping, both online and in person is a frustrating occasion for most women. The purpose of this exercise was to map through the usual process of shopping, identify the pain points, and develop a system to smooth over these pain points and allow for frustration free shopping.

One of three personas used to develop the application with specific user goals in mind. Personas were developed using user research conducted in person and via an online questionaire / interviews.
