Individuals often hold back from the expression of their annoyance or upset in the fear of being labelled irrational, juvenile or short-tempered. Static is a mental health campaign that focusses on changing the perception of anger and frustration as 'immature' or 'nonsensical' responses and redefining them as perfectly healthy emotions that need to be expressed. 
You don't need to go through a life-altering tragedy to be allowed a breakdown.

The name 'Static' was inspired by television static, i.e. the noise between showtime. In line with this, the visual language is characterized by warped elements, censorship symbols and a pastel interpretation of TV color bars. It introduces itself immediately with the logomark: A warped asterisk.
