NOTES TO SELF — The last six months have been busy. I'm only now getting around to properly tidying up my desk in the studio. Among my mess of pages, notebooks and to-do lists are handfuls of these post-it notes.

I guess they are prompts and observations on things that presumably seemed important and valuable at the time.

I don't really know why I write these things down because I rarely know what to do with them once the moment has passed. Maybe it’s the same for you? They sit on my desk. They pile up. They get lost among pages. And soon their insight fades and so too does my ability to shape them, build upon them and let them find their use.

Anyway, I've gathered some of them together here. They seem to form a strange fragmented snapshot of my last few months. A set of potential starts, stripped of context and left as semi-abstract slogans. It’s hard to know what they are now but maybe that’s ok. Maybe they’ll serve you better than they have served me.
