A Dark Romance was my final Project for Intro to Fashion Design at SCAD. The assignment was to create a mood and garment/garments out of deconstructed garments. My project was a twist on denim. I created a denim evening piece, with dark and light washed denims.
My concept, A Dark Romance was to bring out the beauty in all things passed. I pulled inspiration from dead flowers, black veils and dark blues from the deconstructed denim.
