This Strategic Plan brochure is a new, annual item, requested this past year by Tower's CEO as a communication tool to inform all employees of Tower's main action items, in addition to reminding employees of the standards/vision Tower uphold. I worked closely with AVP and VP of Marketing to incorporate all requests and edits of Sr Management, while contributing strong design elements. 

 

In the brochure I include good use of Tower brand, design elements and photography to present information about Tower's mission and annual action goals. The layout is presented in a nice balance of informative content and visuals to tell employees a summary of the year past and the year ahead. 

 

I'm involved in the whole process from sketch, layout to the finish product. I also coordinate with vendor for printing and review vendor proofs. This folded brochure is also converted into digital format for sharing electronically to the entire Credit Union.
