Fonfrège x IUCN  

This year Fonfrège is proud to partner with the IUCN SSC in raising awareness and funding for the conservation of our most at-risk species threatened with extinction. The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) was founded in 1964 and is the world's most comprehensive inventory of the global conservation status of biological species.  

2021's limited edition t-shirt was designed by artist and designer Bárbara Dantas. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the shirt directly funds the IUCN Species Survival Comission and the important work they do in protecting species threatened with endangerment as indicated on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. The species included on our T-shirt are only a tiny fraction of the more than 134.00 species on the IUCN Red List, with more than 37.400 species threatened with permanent extinction.
