Brand Manual: Dimsum 143 PH

Mr. Bonneville or " Sir Bo" as I call him, is my former colleague whom I've had the pleasure to closely work with in the Marketing department of my current job. I enjoyed working with him because we always met in the middle with our creative ideas. He will always have something to say but also gives enough room to take in my suggestions which I appreciate. After working for an office job for 5 years, he left the corporate hustle to open up a Dimsum restaurant with his family.

Dimsum 143's humble beginnings was born out of their family's never-ending cravings for all things Dimsum. What was once a quarantine craving has now blossomed into a pandemic success story.

Cebu has a strong Chinese influence that is traced back from our roots and cultural affinities and so when it comes to Chinese food, we take Dimsum seriously. Although the Cebuano style of Dimsum already has Filipino influences in it, competition is still tight on who serves the best steamed rice or siomai in town. As a new player, I'm confident that Dimsum 143 will capture the taste buds of Cebuanos.

I'm happy to know that as a small business, they made sure to develop their products and branding altogether to create an impactful Marketing awarness for the brand. I'm also honored to have been chosen to help develop their brand manual.

With a strong and flavorful product line, backed by their strong branding, I'm excited about the many possibilities in store for Dimsum 143. To follow their small business and become a part of their success, please follow them on Facebook: Dimsum 143

Concept: The hands play a crucial part on our day to day lives. We use it to create and share things; poetry, literature, music and even food! The idea behind this execution is for the brand to portray the many moments people can celebrate over a nice hot meal of Dimsum heartily made by the hand. The concept is versatile enough to be used throughout the year across many seasons in one’s life: birthdays, milestones, anniversaries, you name it.

Share a bite with the food you love together with the people you love. That’s how meals are supposed to be right? <3
