This is called It's all good.   I painted this image to go with a song I wrote called "It's All Good". The song is about how in life there are times that are rough but if you focus on what you want, rather than what you don't want you are transported to a better place.  I was sitting in my studio when I wrote the song.  I had a bumper sticker on my wall that said "It's All Good"  I had gotten from www.Tut.com and the bumper sticker became an inspiration.  Rather than paint me down on my knees, I felt called to paint frogs.  I am a huge lover of creatures great and small, and am facinated with the symbolism, signs, and meanings given to nature through out the ages.  A totem is a natural object or animal believed by a particular society to have spiritual significance and adopted by it as an emblem.  The frog totem is incredible and means a metamorphis, so it thrilled me that I felt called to paint the frogs as that is exactly what I was wanting!!!  I am in the process of recording the song now.
