This week I created a graphic displaying the March Madness champions: Baylor. To start off the graphic, I cut out an image of Davion Mitchell, a star player on the team, and placed him on a background that matched Baylor's dark green color. I then used a new technique I learned from a video tutorial to add a paint splash type effect behind Mitchell. For the paint, I used mostly white to go with the color of his jersey, and added small hints of yellow splashes into the background (Baylor's 3rd color is yellow). I also added text at the top and used a font from dafont.com to give the graphic a title and some context. Finally, I added the Baylor logo. At first, I had the logo in front of the paint splashes and behind Mitchell, but I then changed it so that it was in between multiple layers of paint to add more depth to the graphic and make it look more interesting
