Y también es necesario tener edad para jugarlo, para que se puede entender el juego bien, ya que hay que resolver acertijos, mientras están bajo presión del terror que ofrece.

El protagonista del juego, somos nosotros mismos, que lo encarnamos en David, quien es la clave, para poder descubrir, la verdad lo que hay entre el mundo de los vivos, muertos y el mundo espiritual.

La historia se centra en David, quien desde muy temprana edad él ha tenido la capacidad de poder ver a los muertos, que a medida que fue creciendo, un acontecimiento que sucedería, cambio todo para él y la perspectiva que tenía sobre el mundo de los muertos. Esto haría que David, comience a querer entrar en este mundo de los paranormal, y comienza a estudiar, le pide consejo a su abuela, quien sabe mucho sobre esto, pero resulta que, por algunos acontecimientos, su abuela es asesinada por un ente muy poderoso, cuando David descubre la verdad, que su abuela era una poderosa bruja quien había traspasado sus poderes a una antigua caja muy lejos de él, y no quería arrastrarlo a este mundo.

David logra encontrar la caja después de un tiempo, y al adquirir los poderes de su abuela, se revela sus poderes ocultos con los que nació, y ve el mensaje que le tenía su difunta abuela. Resulta que David fue adoptado por ella, y no era verdad que sus padres habían muerto, sino que el era el producto de en súcubo con una antigua monja del pueblo. Siendo el así, mitad demonio y mitad humano, tiene la facilidad de andar entre los dos mundos con facilidad, sabiendo esto, pone en marcha su venganza de matar a ese ente quien arrebato a su abuela y descubrir una forma de regresar a la vida, pero el aun no estará preparado para lo que descubrirá más adelante, y aquí, empieza su gran viaje.

Inicia la historia con David, que desde temprana la muestra una habilidad para hablar con lo espíritus, a medida que crece el termina descubriendo que realmente él es el producto entra un súcubo y una monja, por ende, él es mitad demonio y humano. Su abuela quien lo crio desde que era un bebé, resulta asesinada por un poderoso ente, esto hace que David busque la manera de vengarse y termina descubriendo la verdad de todo y adquiriendo los poderes de su abuela, quien ella había dejado en una poderosa caja, quien solo él podría ser abierto. Aquí es donde David se pone en marcha a su gran viaje de como cobrar su venganza y buscar una manera de revivir a su abuela.

A medida que la historia avanza el va conociendo muchas personas y va haciendo ciertas amistades, que comparten también ciertos poderes, que terminar por unirse a David en su viaje, se encontrarán con muchos demonios con los que tendrán que ir luchando, descubrir los secretos que esconde el pueblo y como este tiene conexión con los acontecimientos inexplicable que está sucediendo en muchas partes del mundo. David logra encontrar al ente que le arrebató la vida de su abuela, aquí a esta altura se ha hecho más poderoso de lo que era en 3 años. Logra vencer al ente, pero resulta que el no es el único que existe y se da cuenta que el equilibrio del mundo se está desbalanceado y los demonios están llevando a la ruina al mundo. Entonces David con su pequeño grupo de amigos se ponen en marcha para impedirlo, ahí comienza sus viajes sus acertijos que tienen que ir descubriendo, unir las piezas de todo para poder encontrar al responsable que está haciendo todo esto.

Al final de la historia, David ha llegado a un nivel más avanzado de lo que esperaba con sus poderes, el puede ir directamente al infierno y enfrentarse con el demonio mas poderoso que es el causante de todo esto,  los dos se enfrentan brutalmente, quien al final David termina ganando, pero a cambio su alma está condenada a estar en el infierno y comenzará a buscar una manera en como salir de ella, para regresar al mundo, quienes sus amigos lo están esperando.
