What is photo journalism?

Photo journalism is the art of telling a story through your photos. These were my favourite photos to take because I could capture people being themselves, instead of posing for a camera.  I enjoyed taking photos of my friends and family doing things they love, because I can see joy on their faces that isn't fabricated for a camera.
