This is my Monster Project for Vector Illustration. My monster's name is Tobius, and he is a tailor in London, England. He has abnormally long arms, which helps him to measure his clients to get a near perfect fitting suit. He is very posh as well, taking pride in his sense of fashion, as a tailor should. He has very short legs, so he is forced to walk around on his hands. His hat is able to talk for him and carry things in it's mouth for Tobius when he needs to walk. The hat mysteriously does not give any information about itself, only talking about Tobius and his business.
