The earth is rendered and shaded as photoreal as possible in Renderman 22.6 in 4K. I have used 43k maps and built a quite complex but accurate looking athmospheric volume shader.

Its my pleasure to show some of my work playing on the website of Sidefx - The Earth in the Background. By producing those images at 4K i have rendered 4894 Frames in total with Renderman and basicly in less than 10 days.
Made possible with the Help of #Gridmarkets and with AI based inbetweening in Davinci Resolve.
