Laras and Yasa wanted designs for their wedding guests' gifts decoration: double sided greeting card and seal sticker for the gift box. As they have multiple cats at home and in heart♥ they wanted to include their cats into the design. This is my very first commission for a wedding project, so it was very exciting for me.
The main illustration concept itself was to illustrate them in seaside sunset setting, picnicking with with their cats around them. This was also another challenge for me since I had to illustrate six different tabby cats with different personalities.
The second illustration for the back of the card intended to be simpler in design with only line art as a base for them to stick on messages for their guests, and readapted as seal sticker design for the box. The illustration itself focused on their headshot in the center surrounded with one of their tabby in different poses.
It was so fun to draw, and the couple was very thoughtful and helpful while we're working on this project together.
The whole design was done on Photoshop with Wacom.
