Memory Garden
a park for reflecting upon the past

This is a design for a modular park hat could be installed into cities across America the world. Its dimensions are 410 feet by 410 feet. the same as a medium city block. The shape of the landscaping references ripples of water. This symbolizes a memory being formed at the center and traveling out into space into other lives and places. The large Stones in the center island are quartz. This has to do with time and the vibration of quartz aligning with the tracking of time in a watch. It is a reminder that time never stops moving. As you travel to the middle the elevation drops to give to a more intamate feeling at the mecca.This also helps one escape from the city sounds.
