Illustrations based on the old New Yorker article "Moving On: A Love Story" by Nora Ephron, telling of how the author lost her beloved apartment to gentrification.

Throughout the piece she talks about the price of a cup of coffee and compares it to the cost of rent. I tried to trace this theme throughout my illustrations.
