With their androgynous details, wild anime hair, expressive eyes and sensual lips, my girls are as high fashion as much as they are fine art. My intentions aren't to capture a face the way nature intended, but to capture personality, mix it with a bit of whimsy and unapologetic individuality, and present something no one else can. I don't adhere to the classical form of the female face, instead I indulge in a fascination with strong jaw lines and slightly angular cheekbones. As a result the faces display a playful androgyny. They won't please everyone. But no modern, confident, strong, independent, and unique woman should.
