Materials and Processes of Making
Beginning with a pattern, and an additive, subtractive, and transformative model, the goal was to create an actual object from the pattern. A Lamp was chosen, pattern changed, and models changed and developed to fit given site of Kent, OH. A more specific site that I chose was inside the local Starbucks near Kent State University, and I used the decor and atmosphere along with my pattern design as inspiration to complete the light fixture.
