Ginkgo is an artisan sandwich bar and deli. One of my friends' greatest desire was to open her little alimentation shop in the heart of Edinburgh. She is very committed to making healthy meals and other products from local and fresh ingredients. She aims to nourish people and give a bit of a rural/farmer vibe for residents and tourists.
I designed the branding in this spirit and created the design with a minimalistic and eco-friendly approach. The paper for the packaging is recycled. The elements are either 'stampable' or used as sustainable, hand-cut stickers, which gives a handmade, friendly finish.
