Diorama experimentation
I experimented with making a diorama for my tank miniature. I used a mixture of materials;
 - Polymer clay
 - Cork
 - Paper Mache clay
 - UV Resin

This diorama had a few problems that appeared. As the Paper Mache Clay dried it curled off from the border I used so I tried to use glue to stick the clay to the cardboard. Another problem that occurred was the UV resin created bubbles as it dried.
Clay experimentation
These sketches are an idea I scribbled down for experimentation with monster clay.
An apocalyptic style character with a mask and prosthetic arm to mix up the challenges. this is also an attempt at making a human torso from clay.
Resin Waterfall sketches
Cave Waterfall
I wanted to put together a waterfall scene using polystyrene, plaster and UV resin. it went well with the shaping of the polystyrene and the plaster but when it came around to the UV resin I had the issue of the resin sneaking through gaps I had in the plaster and melting away the polystyrene.
The reasoning for me making this was to experiment with the UV resin I wanted to see how well you could freeze the resin.
On my attempt I gained the dripping effect in the photo and I really liked how it turned out so I decided to go with a more cave/ravine look.

Snowy Lodge
I wanted to create a scenery piece for my Warhammer Age of Sigmar figures. This is my most recent work.
I went through the painful process of cutting up small wooden beams and lollipop sticks for the shingles and the beams on this building. The main structure is made from foam board with everything built around it.
the original design was for a tavern without any damage taken to it. But the issue was that I wouldn't have had enough lollipop sticks so I overlooked which directions I could take the build and so I decided it would be a fire damaged building which had been open to the elements so the snow has reacted the floor of the loft.
Evaluating the final product I would change a few things for example the window I will probably go back over and use some dyed resin to simulate glass.
Thank you
