Srinivasa Brahmin's Bakery

Srinivasa brahmins bakery is local bakery in basavanagudi, South Bangalore. This project is about globalising a local brand. Though this process, a consumer brief was created based on primary and secondary research which came with stories how people associate with a simple product like bread and how its perception has changed over time.
Consumer Brief 
A consumer brief was created after thoroughly reading and communicating with the brand owners and people who knew about the brand as well. The stories that people associated with bread helped to understand how products could turn into a feeling rather than staple product in one's home.  The consumer acts as a guide to ideate billboards to take the local brand of Bangalore to the international markets through setting up the store in the Bangalore airports. Billboard posters are created to spread the awareness that the local bread hits the international markets. 
The billboard poster are meant to be placed on the way from the city to the airport that it in the outskirts. SBB has a very satisfied market within Bangalore, good enough to promote the same to the international markets as well. These billboards was meant to hold a consistency in terms of it visual aspects - the plane, the logo, the tagline for the campaign, the globe and aspects of bread as well. 


Project overview 
Working with SBB bakery was learning experience in real time, understanding through trial, error and feedback allowed me to ideate a basic campaign series. Sessions of concept pitches helped to critically look into the growth of the project in every step of the way. Overall, repositioning of the brand was an interesting aspect of branding that I explored and really exercised my creative freedom.
