Aim: to create the design system and to design interior of modern french bakery in the city of Atyrau, Kazakhstan.

Marketing research in the segment of HoReCa in Atyrau showed the lack of competitors in the format of bakery. There are Turkish tea and coffee houses, restaurants with Asian cuisine, clubs, but none of bakery. Atyrau is situated in Caspian region oil. In connection with the presence of large numbers of foreign oil companies, it was decided to allocate foreigners as a separate part of the target audience about 70% of visitors.
We decided to move away from the traditional, classic appearance French bakery art Nouveau or Provence, and not to use a large number of decor, ornate forms and accumulations. in the interior we used simple forms, the minimum number of textures and fine pictures.
Cosy atmosphere was created through the use of green plants and light, wicker lamps and baskets, wooden furniture and textiles. In the interior combined glossy and matte surfaces with graphics views of Paris.
Chocolate color of the walls makes the premises chamber, and light furniture gives it a freshness and lightness. Together, chocolate-vanilla combination of which whets the additional appetite.
For visitors with children the style was changed a little. Added childhood and a drop of cheerfulness.
Our Booblik was so successful that within a year of its existence has become too small for all guests. Our next aim was to transfer format and concept of bakery in the new walls. The total area was increased from 85 up to 162 meters, and the number of seats from 30 to 60.
