I worked with MTM Inc as an in-house designer to create a cross-platform campaign to spotlight MTM employees and their work for the company’s 25th Anniversary Meaning and Purpose Campaign. The goal was to highlight MTM's purpose-driven culture, key team players, and raise the organization's overall Glassdoor rating to draw in new hires.
