This is an oil painting I created that goes with a song I wrote called "Beam Me Up Jimmy."  One night I was singinging at this coffee shop in the outskirts of Atlanta and my friend came to hear me.  As I went on stage, the performer before me sat with my friend.  Un-benounced to me he had a hidden flask filled with Jim Beam Honey Whiskey.  After my hour performance, I walked off stage to find my friend had been transported to another dimention.  

 

On Mondays in Atlanta, GA, I host an open mic at Steve's Live Music and we have a weekly songwriting contest and someone in the audience challenged us to write a song using the word "Whiskey" and immediatly this song came to me!!!  Hope you enjoy the picture and the song!!!
