Various cheese dishes from Switzerland
This book is my school project at Bern University of the Arts. A project assignment was to create two books without texts and use the same pictures from archives only. Main idea of this book is to compare similarities of pictures of cheese dishes and microscopic pictures of cheese. The book includes four categories: appetizers, main courses, desserts and cheese slices as well as a restaurant menu.
