The queen of drama is a simple word-illustration. In the beginning it was just playing around with the idea of the term's definition. Understanding drama as a play can take the wind (drama) out of the term's sails. This perspective was allowing to look differently at dramatic people and the effect of their behavior (that actually makes you speechless).
In this kind of moments there doesn't seem to be a way out: you just have to sit there and watch (although you don't want to). And this kind of situation reminded me of a) sitting in church or b) sitting in a poor theater play (or a musical.. but hey, no offense!).

I'd love to describe every single level of perspective you can find in this illustration, but that'd pin it down too much. So let me just name a few allusions I've found in this work (no, I'm not studying Philosophy, but yes, I am studying Psychology):

1. Looking at the individual level this is an allusion of (a) relativity of "reality", (b) the inner fight going on in each of us, (c) as an allusion of the idea your life ought to be (d) allusion of the automatical, repetitive schemata in our perception and behavior, grown by life and experience that leave you in the title role of the never-ending selfmade play (very bluntly said).

2. The intersocial perspective shows the drama of social seperation. Like when "realities" drift apart, one can't decipher another anymore, because one has started to participate in a different play.

3. Finally the social meta level of this illustration may indicate mass phenomena like (even very subtle, unremarkable) manipulation. From this socially critical perspective we are not only stuck in our own dramas, but also in the play of some people, that have interest in making us believe certain things for specific reasons.

If anyone was actually reading this: thank you.. now I'll better leave the speaking to the illustration.
Enjoy!
