Process of Wonder

This work explores the notion of failure through process work, mixed media, and stop motion. Even in his attempt to produce mark-making, the ghostly images left behind by the charcoal, bitchumin, eraser, and sandpaper become more and more important to him in their accumulation as each time he is forced to stare at his previous success or failure in the face. Each and every scratch and mark made and erased displays an attempt to prove through his action, a progression towards something pointless.
After the process had finished i realised i had visualised my dealing with the death of my brother Wonder Radebe.
