We used simple language (removed all legal jargon) and split the terms into categories/ areas of interest from the user’s perspective (i.e. fees, spending abroad, etc).

With this design, the Ts&Cs are presented in a more user friendly way.

Users get a short snapshot of the most important terms. They can also chose the area of interest and read more the specific terms that are important to them.
