/ "Namedni" ("Nowadays") by Leonid Parfenov was the tv-show (then it turned into the book) about the history events in the USSR and all the everyday things, that surrounded soviet people every day: from food to fashion. It gives sense of warm nostalgia for people who lived in these times. I made my version of it with handwritten texts and my own illustrations
Всего было отрисовано 20 лет, с 1960 по 1980. В этой части я показываю первые 10, с 1960-е по 1970-е. Цветовая кодировка по годам и стиль верстки взяты из оригинальных томов "Намедни", текст тоже был взят у Парфенова, сокращен редактором и переписан мной вручную. Для каждой иллюстрации я использовала максимальное количество референсов, от рисунка на обоев и до выражения лиц: все должно было соответствовать эпохе. /
