Projections mapping dashboard
Castaño Group is an award-winning content exploration lab delivering unique audience experiences across a variety of physical, digital, and broadcast mediums.
Goal: Design an interface to handle projections mapping arts for the city of Jacksonville, Florida.
Responsibilities: Research, Wireframe, Prototype and Design.
Team (3 people): a PM, a web developer, and me leading the design.

Following the Design Thinking process, I came up with a plan for

1. Understand
Understand the product, discover user’s pain-points, and get insights.
Research: For a week I studied the technical requirements of the implementation and did some research on the users of this system: Doctors.
Interpret: I summarized the gathered knowledge about the users into personas, and identified pain-points.
2. Design
Ideate and design solutions.
Information Architecture & Flows: With the help of the PM, we made the information architecture of the dashboard.
Wireframes: Then we made the wireframe of the main screens and some components.
Design: I translated all the wireframes into the final design and start collecting feedback from the PM and the web developer.
3. Deliver an MVP
Review and deliver to developer
Review & Deliver: Once the final design was approved, I deliver it to the developer to start working on it. He made progress, and I review it. We iterate for one month on this.
Conclusion
Clients have not yet released the product to the market, but the idea is to transform it into a SaaS.
