Designed for issue 104 of Schokkend Nieuws Magazine part of the Redux feature: where each issue one designer creates an artwork for a movie.
Thumbnails. Not really a good sketcher, but I find that sketching thumbnails helps me create the right composition.
Process of Carrie poster. As u can see I wanted to mix two thumnails sketches together in one composition. I finally decided that only blood and a hand would make a stronger comp. I also started out with a different kind of hand and soon changed it in to a more dynamic hand pose.
