Together with CRM experts, Ascentis, Kilo was awarded the contract to design and produce the website for Changi Airport's upcoming online shopping service.
This was Changi's first take on pre-flight online purchases where one can buy duty-free items and pick them up from the airport before departure. Kilo was responsible for the user experience, graphic design and frontend programming.

A Tumblr style infinite scroll was implemented to give shoppers the impression that there is a very wide range of products to choose from (which is the case). To streamline the process for shoppers with specific items, we created a real-time search and filter function. Additionally, by using the infinite scroll function, we are also able to automatically cater to a wide range of screen sizes.
