Love the Home, Respect my origins

Now before you keep going down to read the bio of this piece I want you to keep an open mind and that everything I'm going to say is based on how I lived and that I'd never hurt anyone. This piece means a lot to me as it's a symbolism of me gaining back my identity after a few years ago. As some of you may know I'm a filipino born in Australia but I always wasn't proud my filo side. Maybe it was because people wanted me to live a stereotype or I could never relate to other filos. All I know is I remember getting bullied for my blood and being left out cause I couldn't relate to other filipinos. It wasn't until a few months back a homie had a talk to me where I should be proud of my blood despite what other people say. Always love my home of Australia as it raised me and made me who I am but I always try my best to learn more and be proud of my Filipino life too.
