Hi,

As I just moved into a new flat, I started looking for furniture online and thought about redesigning the apps that I was using.

I realised that the features I would need most are (1) getting inspiration on how to design our flat and (2) finding a specific piece of furniture that I need, say, for the home office.

As such, I thought that a search button, front and centre, is an element that I would use frequently. I am also relying on the already learned behaviour from other apps to expect a search button at the top.

Equally, I think that discoverability is an important factor. I would want to be able to browse different categories, find similar furniture, etc. The best way I thought about solving this is by adding tags and groups within easy reach. Hence why the search button is still available if these don't offer what the user is looking for.

I have tried to make use of whitespace and give priority to the pictures.

What do you think? Would really appreciate to hear your feedback.
