These images are some of the results of my first time in a darkroom without  instruction from a tutor. I started experimenting with creating double negative images  and after a few tries I found the correct exposure times and managed to create some successful experiments.

After that I moved onto layering textures into the image, I hadn't seen a lot of this done and was curious to how the layers would affect the images.

Finally i started to change the way I applied the developer, I used things like paintbrushes and pipettes to create drips and splatters.
