I directed a small team for online touch points creating brand voicing along the way. From brand voice strategy, production of website design and active social media maintenance.


CHALLENGE
Create an online brand voice for a new product brand BRAVISS. Initially, the product and logo was created with a Korean Design Agency, but it lacked a branding strategy to sell the products. Our challenge was to pinpoint correct customer demographics and create conversion points with a branding system for its e-commerce and social media platforms.

Strategy
BRAND DEFINITION
Through a series of workshops, we came up with an idea to focusing on BRAVISS core values as a product brand targeting generation-z. We had to update the core brand attributes and strategize how the attributes would be touch points for its target demographic.

E-COMMERCE DEVELOPMENT
We assessed the business’s vision, the collection of strengths, and its pain points. I started with a common wireframe, and slowly adding insights by envisioning customer needs for an e-commerce webpage. I wanted to build a consistent visual brand identity for the website and social media platform. The starting phase strategies became a major foundation for BRAVISS' social marketing campaigns.
