Sprint wanted the interactive digital kiosk located at the front of its retail locations to move away from primarily vendor content, to content focusing almost exclusively on Sprint institutional messaging and unique offerings. The content had become very fragmented over time and had never been planned end-to-end.

solution
Utilizing Sprint business objectives and industry best practices regarding frequency, duration and look and feel, my team not only updated the UI with current user paradigms and affordances, but also created and organized a thoughtful content playlist from scratch that allowed content to easily be swapped out on a regular basis. I guided the team in working closely with subject matter experts and product owners, as a result, kiosk customer engagement doubled within a few short weeks, and the radical changes were highly praised by frontline retail associates.
