As a school project, our assignment was to take a picture of a loved one and recreate it into a Roy Lichtenstein painting.
For this assignment I've chosen a picture of my grandmother, that was taken during the Pop-Art period (mid en and late 1950s). This because, back then, my grandmother had about the same age as the female characters that appear in Roy Lichtenstein's artwork.
