The rhythms of drawing explores the search for a personal space beyond the reach of the fast and constraining pace of life to which we are subject, or how to return to the rhythms of daily life by regaining attention and focusing on the moment. Defined through the drawing of the everyday life of multiple collaborators, the book values all the little moments of daily life that, for some reason, catch our attention and help us slow down and appreciate the act of pausing as healing tool.
Els ritmes del dibuix explora la cerca d’un espai personal fora de l’abast del ritme de vida accelerat al que estem subjectes, el retorn al ritme quotidià recuperant l’atenció i focalitzant-la en el moment. Enfocat a través del dibuix de la vida quotidiana de diversos col·laboradors, el llibre valora tots aquells moments del dia a dia que, per alguna raó, ens criden l’atenció i ens ajuden a apreciar una mica més la lentitud i l’acte de la pausa com a eina de cura.
