This is my first project for the subject of Marketing Communication and we were instructed to redesign an existing movie poster. Love, Supermoon is a romantic comedy movie in 2015 produced by Tengku Iesta Tengku Alaudin. It shows the life story of Razak (Farid Kamil) and Triz (Nadiya Nisaa) for 20 years full of grief. It features important moments of life such as school love, convocation, work, housekeeping, and so on. This film is suitable for teenager and adults especially, those who are in love. They also picked the right actresses which is Nadiya Nissa and Farid Kamil.
I create a new concept and idea that is, by showing the nature of youth in the design and styles. It is also inspired by 'The Sun Is Also A Star' movie. I added a doodle of stars and moon as the title and the story about 'Supermoon'. I used handwritten font as the poster gives the impression of a down-to-earth tale with lovingly flawed characters.
