A housing project situated in Flatås, Gothenburg (SWE). The project focuses on the urban difficulties regarding building on park-areas in existing housing areas but still giving back to the community in regard of offering recreational areas of higher quality. This project was also a contribution to the debate in Gothenburg about building vertically and avoiding a future sprawl.

The construction idea of the building is to create a 6-story-unit, with gardens on the top, which can be combined in series depending on exploit needs. One of the main aims in the project was to rather create a vertical living than a skyscraper.
